Before your rental period ends, we’ll usually contact you to get the return process started but if you wish to return your item sooner, then please get in touch with us at any time.
2. Arranging the return
We’ll arrange the return depending on your location. For express shipping, we’ll send you a DPD return label. For local returns, we’ll arrange a collection with you.
3. Returning the item
Once the return has been arranged, you can send the item back using the DPD label or hand it over during the arranged collection.
4. Item inspection
Once we receive the item, we’ll check that it has been returned in good condition.
5. Security deposit refund
If everything is in good condition, we’ll process the refund of your security deposit.
